Resumen
El Sistema Nacional de Educación está involucrado en un proceso de
transformaciones. Los cambios que han tenido lugar en la Secundaria Básica
están encaminados a preparar a los estudiantes para su futura inserción en la
sociedad. Para alcanzar estas metas la Secundaria Básica Cubana se ha
convertido en una institución más flexible en aras de lograr desarrollar una
Cultura General Integral en los estudiantes.
Dentro de la Secundaria Básica la asignatura Inglés puede ser una vía
para lograr en los estudiantes una acertada Cultura General Integral de
acuerdo a las necesidades imperantes en estos momentos. Este trabajo tiene
como objetivo contribuir a desarrollar Cultura General Integral en los
estudiantes del grupo 2 de 9no grado de la ESBU “Ricardo Zenón”.
Se ofrece un sistema de actividades orales para la práctica libre, las
cuales tienen en cuenta diferentes aspectos que pueden tributar al objetivo
propuesto y que resultan novedosas, variadas y de gran ayuda al maestro en
sus clases
The National System of Education is involved in a process of transformati ons. The changes that have been taking place in secondary school, aim at preparing the students for their future integration to society. To achieve this goal the Cuban Secondary School has become a more flexible institution to develop Integral General Culture in the students. Within the secondary school, the English subject could be a way to develop Integral General Culture in the students, taking into consideration the main needs of the country nowadays. The aim of this research is to contribute to the development of Integral General Culture in the students of group 2 at “Ricardo Zenón” Secondary School in Santa Clara. Therefore, this paper offers a system of oral activities for the free practice lessons which take into account different aspects that can meet the stated goal. The proposal is varied, updated and is of great help for teachers of this grade
