Formación de habilidades profesionales pedagógicas en los estudiantes de ETP en la especialidad Construcción Civil

Resumen
En el presente trabajo se versa sobre la categoría habilidad y cómo esta se singulariza y transita hasta la especificidad de las habilidades profesionales pedagógicas. Lo anterior implica la necesidad de la investigación científica, la sistematización de la teoría con que se cuenta, para brindar un resultado que pueda ser consultado por los responsables de cumplir los objetivos para los cuales fueron creadas estas instituciones, con un soporte adecuado, la aplicación de experiencias anteriores y las que en estos momentos se obtienen de la propia investigación y la acción participativa. Ante el éxodo de docentes esta es una tarea necesaria, pero que debe conminar a los especialistas a presentar los productos de sus reflexiones, sus investigaciones y la introducción de sus resultados a todos los niveles de actuación. La propuesta que se hace ha tenido un nivel de aplicación en los estudiantes de segundo año de la especialidad Profesor de la ETP, Rama Construcción el Instituto Politécnico “Lázaro Cárdenas del Río”, en la provincia de Villa Clara, lo cual avala pertinencia y viabilidad parcial de la misma, estos resultados se presentan a la comunidad científica como incentivo para la realización de investigaciones cada vez más singulares en determinados ámbitos o espacios de actuación, que promuevan un enriquecimiento sistemático como forma de validación del proceso de formación pedagógica que se realiza en este tipo de instituciones, y que está siendo impulsado por la Dirección de Formación Pedagógica del Ministerio de Educación.
In the present work, the skill category is discussed and how it is singled out and transited to the specificity of pedagogical professional skills. This implies the need for scientific research, the systematization of the theory that is available, to provide a result that can be consulted by those responsible for meeting the objectives for which these institutions were created, with adequate support, the application of previous experiences and those that at the moment are obtained from the research itself and the participatory action. Faced with the exodus of teachers, this is a necessary task, but one that should prompt specialists to present the products of their reflections, their research and the introduction of their results at all levels of action. The proposal that has been made has had a level of application in the second year students of the specialty of the ETP, Construction Branch the Polytechnic Institute "Lázaro Cárdenas del Río", in the province of Villa Clara, which supports relevance and feasibility partial of the same, these results are presented to the scientific community as an incentive for the realization of increasingly unique research in certain areas or areas of action, which promote a systematic enrichment as a way of validating the process of pedagogical training that takes place in this type of institutions, and that is being promoted by the Directorate of Pedagogical Training of the Ministry of Education.
