Resumen
Todo ingeniero civil tiene como capacidad la proyección, el cálculo y el diseño de estructuras,
son estas capacidades las que aportan los conocimientos necesarios para desarrollar un
proyecto de forma exitosa.
A lo largo de su formación como profesionales reciben el tema del diseño estructural de vigas,
tanto aisladas como continuas, en la asignatura de Hormigón Estructural I. Esta asignatura
consta de una tarea integradora donde se realiza el diseño de una viga (para el plan C es una
viga aislada y para el pan E de estudio es una viga continua), dichas tareas presentan una
guía deficiente, que no permite al estudiante desarrollar el ejercicio. En este trabajo de
diploma se modifican las guías metodológicas con el objetivo de demostrar claramente el
procedimiento a seguir y así poder realizar satisfactoriamente el ejercicio planteado en las
tareas.
Se confeccionan un conjunto de tutoriales que permitan explicar a los estudiantes los pasos
a desarrollar en el diseño y crear en ellos habilidades a la hora de tomar decisiones en el
diseño estructural de vigas.

In this diploma work the methodological guides are modified with the aim of clearly demonstrating the procedure to follow and thus be able to satisfactorily perform the exercise proposed in the tasks. A set of tutorials is made to explain to the students the steps to develop in the design and to create in them skills when making decisions in the structural design of beams.
