| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo presenta los resultados de la investigación realizada en la (ECOT) Cayo Santa María y la Facultad de Construcciones de la Universidad Central Marta Abreu de Las Villas. Cuba, la necesidad de potenciar mejores prácticas en materia de construcción integrada a los proyectos hoteleros. El objetivo es promover las mejores prácticas en materia de construcción integrada a la biodiversidad durante las fases de concepción y ejecución del proyecto San Agustín en la cayería norte de Villa Clara, Cuba. Con los métodos y técnicas aplicadas se pudo constatar que existen insuficiencias en las prácticas en materia de construcción, que limita integración a la biodiversidad de los proyectos hoteleros. Las mejores práctica en la construcción propuestas en la investigación contribuye a que el Consejo Internacional de la Biodiversidad y de los Inmuebles, (CIBI), certifica al proyecto San Agustín con el sello biodivercty, estas acciones de buenas prácticas que se proponen en la investigación deben ser implementadas a todos los proyectos de la empresa. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The paper presents the results of the research carried out at the (ECOT) Cayo Santa María and the Faculty of Construction of the Marta Abreu de Las Villas Central University. Cuba, the need to promote better practices in construction integrated into hotel projects. The objective is to promote the best practices in construction integrated with biodiversity during the conception and execution phases of the San Agustín project in the northern keys of Villa Clara, Cuba. With the methods and techniques applied, it was found that there are shortcomings in construction practices, which limits integration of hotel projects to biodiversity. The best construction practices proposed in the research contribute to the fact that the International Biodiversity and Real Estate Council (CIBI) certifies the San Agustín project with the biodivercty seal, these actions of good practices that are proposed in the research must be implemented in all projects of the company. | en_US |
