Resumen
La investigación muestra el estudio realizado sobre la actualidad de la tecnología BIM, que destaca como la herramienta del futuro y una tecnología revolucionaria que puede realizar importantes cambios y que tendría un impacto radical en el sector de la construcción. Debido a la necesidad de profundizar en este tema como medio para lograr un cambio en la gestión de proyectos y en la planificación de las obras es la causa de esta investigación científica mediante la cual se realiza un acercamiento a la tecnología del BIM y a todas las potencialidades que brinda la misma. El tema que se trata es claramente innovador y actualizado, se basa en el uso de las más modernas tecnologías y el mismo facilita el desarrollo de un proyecto evitando contratiempos y gastos innecesarios. Tiene como objetivo demostrar los beneficios que se obtienen en los proyectos cuando son controlados durante todo su ciclo de vida con esta metodología de modelado de información la cual facilita la creación y modificación de proyectos colaborativos, lo que asegura la calidad del trabajo en las diversas etapas de una edificación.
Se presenta un caso de aplicación BIM en un proyecto de edificaciones realizado en la Empresa Ccrea en Villa Clara, apoyado en el software Cype con el objetivo de evaluar la eficiencia y las ventajas del BIM, a través de una propuesta de flujo de trabajo. La investigación evidencia aportes significativos en la etapa de diseño, cálculo y planificación, logrando incrementar la eficiencia y la productividad en la empresa.
The research shows the study carried out about the present BIM technology, which stands out as the tool of the future and a revolutionary technology that can make important changes and that would have a radical impact in the construction sector. Due to the need to deepen this topic as a means to achieve a change in project management and planning works is the cause of this scientific research through which an approach to BIM technology and all the potentialities is made that provides the same. The theme is clearly innovative and updated, it is based on the use of the most modern technologies and it facilitates the development of a project avoiding setbacks and unnecessary expenses. Its objective is to demonstrate the benefits obtained in projects when they are controlled throughout their life cycle with this information modeling methodology which facilitates the creation and modification of collaborative projects, which ensures the quality of work in the various stages of a building. A case of BIM application is presented in a building project carried out in the Ccrea Company in Villa Clara, supported by the Cype software with the objective of evaluating the efficiency and advantages of the BIM, through a workflow proposal. The research shows significant contributions in the stage of design, calculation and planning, achieve to increase efficiency and productivity in the company.
