Resumen
En el presente trabajo de diploma se pretende contribuir al desarrollo y perfeccionamiento de
nuevas tecnologías para la fabricación de elementos de hormigón destinados a la
pavimentación. Se realiza la comprobación de resistencia a compresión de dichos elementos
con diferentes dosificaciones y atendiendo a distintos tipos de vías con diferentes resistencias
requeridas, se realiza igualmente la evaluación de las dosificaciones y los resultados
obtenidos, con la finalidad de que dichos elementos posean la óptima calidad al menor costo
posible, utilizando materiales de producción local.
La producción de adocretos requiere de moldes específicos en cuanto a forma y espesores
todo relacionado con el objetivo para el cual es designado, en el trabajo se realiza el diseño
de diferentes tipos de moldes que pueden ser fabricados para la obtención local de adocretos.
In the present work of diploma aims to contribute to the development and improvement of new technologies for the manufacture of concrete elements for paving. The compression resistance check of said elements is made with different dosages and taking into account different types of pathways with different required resistances, the evaluation of the dosages and the results obtained is also carried out, in order that said elements possess the optimum quality at the lowest possible cost, using local production materials. The production of concrete pavers requires specific molds in terms of shape and thickness all related to the purpose for which it is designated, in the work is made the design of different types of molds that can be manufactured for the local obtaining of concrete pavers.
