Resumen
En el presente trabajo se pretende contribuir al perfeccionamiento del control y la mejora
de los procesos de movimiento de tierra y redes técnicas exteriores de la Empresa
Constructora de Obras de Ingeniería # 25 (ECOING # 25), a partir del cumplimiento de
los requisitos establecidos por la ISO 9001:2015 ´´ Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad
Requisitos´´, mediante el diseño de un procedimiento conformado por 4 etapas y 10
pasos, donde se toma como punto de partida el diagnóstico del Sistema de Gestión de
la Calidad (SGC) y concluye con la etapa de mejora donde se proponen las acciones
correctivas correspondientes para que sean incluidas en las acciones de mejora y así
eliminar las causas de las no conformidades. Para su elaboración se toman como
referencia una amplia y profunda revisión bibliográfica de la documentación de la
empresa, así como del sistema de normas cubanas y regulaciones vigentes, para
finalmente proceder a validar este procedimiento propuesto, mediante la técnica del
criterio de expertos. El empleo de dicho procedimiento garantiza el logro de un mayor
control en cada una de las actividades que conforman el proceso de movimiento de
tierra y redes técnicas exteriores ya que son los productos líderes de la organización,
esto trae consigo proporcionar confianza a los clientes logrando el incremento de la
satisfacción del cliente, reconocimiento de la organización y por ende la obtención de
los beneficios que de ellos se derivan.
In the present work is intended to contribute to the improvement of the control of the processes of ground movement and external technical networks of the Construction Company of Engineering Works # 25 (ECOING # 25), based on compliance with the requirements established by ISO 9001: 2015 '' Quality Management System Requirements '', through the design of a procedure consisting of 4 stages and 10 steps, where the diagnosis of the Quality Management System (QMS) is taken as a starting point and concludes with the improvement stage where the corresponding corrective actions are proposed to be included in the improvement actions and thus eliminate the causes of the non-conformities. For its elaboration, a broad and thorough bibliographic review of the company's documentation is taken as reference, as well as the system of Cuban norms and current regulations, to finally proceed to validate this proposed procedure, using the technique of expert criteria. The use of this procedure guarantees the achievement of greater control in each of the activities that make up the process of earthwork and external technical networks since they are the leading products of the organization, this entails providing confidence to the clients, achieving the increase in customer satisfaction, recognition of the organization and therefore the obtaining of the benefits derived from them.
